Being the best we can be; committed to making a difference.

Relationships are key to everything we do and families choose to come to us for our small and nurturing nature.  Our schools are isolated and rural, therefore children here are very sheltered. Our aim is to build confidence and open windows onto the bigger world that they will be going into.

Our Christian vision and seven values underpin everything we do: confidence, curiosity, truth, compassion, respect, courage and endurance.  We want the children to be kind, active and good leaders, who value each other and use their talents in order to flourish. Our vision is driven by Jesus’ teaching in the parable of the talents about being faithful stewards of talents, the Church of England vision for education ‘life in all its fullness’ and the fruits of the spirit. We want our children to use their talents to be the best they can be, and then to go out into the world and make a difference. Our Federation encourages children to support each other so all feel included and cherished at our schools. We are a family who take care of each.

Holywell C of E Primary School believe that our values drive our behaviours which in turn create the culture of our organisation. Our core values are:

Confidence

Curiosity

Truth

Compassion
